Glutathione Injections

Glutathione is an antioxidant that is naturally produced in our bodies. Anti-oxidants repair and prevent the damage and inflammation caused by exposure to various toxins. Glutathione injections work by neutralizing the toxins that lead to hyperpigmentation and darkening of the skin. Glutathione also inhibits tyrosinase, an enzyme that helps in melanin production. Thus IV injections of glutathione will lead to a reduction in melanin secretion and an overall lightening of the skin.

Oral supplements may not give the same result as IV injections as they may not be completely absorbed from the digestive system.
